- Currently, we deliver across Hyderabad and select surrounding localities.
- You can check delivery availability by entering your PIN code or location in the app.
2. Delivery Time
- We offer instant delivery, with orders typically reaching you within 10 to 60 minutes of confirmation, depending on your location and order volume.
- Delivery time may vary during peak hours, high demand, bad weather, or traffic conditions.
3. Delivery Slots
- We operate 7 days a week, including Sundays and public holidays.
- Orders can be placed anytime, and delivery slots will be allocated automatically or selected by you (based on availability).
4. Delivery Charges
- Delivery is free for orders above ₹399.
- A nominal delivery fee of ₹25–₹50 may apply to smaller orders.
- Any applicable charges will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.
5. Order Confirmation
- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation message with an estimated delivery time.
- You can track your order in real-time within the app.
6. Failed Deliveries
We may not be able to complete the delivery if:
- The address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
- No one is available to receive the order.
- Unforeseen issues arise (weather, local restrictions, etc.).
- In such cases, we will contact you, and the order may be rescheduled or cancelled with a refund as per our policy.
7. Contactless Delivery
- For your safety, we offer contactless delivery — items will be left at your door or designated drop point.
- Delivery partners follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.
